For years, I allowed the people and circumstances around me to shape my thoughts and emotions. I often found myself reacting to life’s challenges instead of intentionally choosing how I wanted to respond. Eventually, I reached a turning point and decided: no more. I wanted to be in charge of my thoughts and feelings.
